He later moved his offices to the timeshare he helped build, known as The Lahaina Inn and renamed the company Lahaina Realty. In 1996 Titus moved the business to its current location at 6035 Estero Blvd., and in that same year acquired Lynn Gillis Real Estate. In 2001 Lahaina Realty acquired Jewel Realty. By 2003 Lahaina Realty was expanding by leaps and bounds, with a strong team of agents in the Real Estate division and Seasonal & Annual Rentals divisions. Always wanting to “keep it in the family”, Titus sold the business to Larry and Paula Kiker, where Paula had been an agent for several years.
